Large Notebook
What is a good way to conceal a notebook computer when I’ m out or on the bus?
I want to take a notebook computer with me to the mall because it has free wi fi. Alot of people sit around and there is a place that has free coffee and all and I think it might be a good way to get out of the house when I have free time without spending money. I live in a bad area and ride the bus so I don’t want to call attention to having a computer. I need to carry it in a case or something but don’t want to carry some big obvious case with me. I don’t want to carry a large handbag either as that would call attention to me. I would like to put it in a tote bag or something but I don’t want it to get bumped or anything. Any ideas.
the place i will be going is a distance from where I live and is a pretty good area so it isn’t so much a safety issue there, just getting to and from home
Howzabout a used, slim briefcase? If it’s used and a bit battered or worn, it won’t call attention to itself as something special, so less likely to be ripped off. You don’t see like a backpack type to me, not with all the dresses you wear!
Perhaps a Salvation Army/Goodwill shop near you has such a thing.
