Reversible Cook
Has anybody heard that cast iron cookware is a “NONO” on ceramic/glass cook-top stoves?…?
…I believe other than the
scratching possibility, the pans get too hot for those type of stoves and eventually can ruin the burners by ‘burning them out’. Do you agree with this?
I had read a while back that cast iron wasn’t ok to use, but now I can’t seem to find that.
My fiance loves cast iron so I need to find out if he can use that. He won’t use the hard anodized or Teflon types.
Can you use glass cookware on this type of stove? Can those reversible griddles be used on this type of stove? Such as the ones from Lodge.

If you get an enameled cast iron, such as Le Creuset, they will work extremely well.
